Paint Correction in Venice, FL
Swirls, haze, light scratches and dull, oxidized paint, polished out by machine indoors under bright hex lighting that shows every defect.

Levels
Only as much as your paint needs
We inspect first, then recommend a level. Priced by quote: it depends on size and condition.
Enhancement polish
Removes light swirls and haze and restores gloss. Great for newer cars and before a coating.
Correction
A cutting step for moderate swirls and scratches, then a finishing polish for clarity.
Full correction
For heavily neglected or oxidized paint, or show-level results on dark colors.
Case study
Heavy oxidation correction + ceramic coating, Ford F-150
A black and tan F-150 King Ranch with paint so oxidized it looked chalky gray. Corrected, then ceramic coated.

The job
- The problem. Years of Florida sun left the black paint oxidized: flat, chalky and faded across the hood, doors and bed.
- The 50/50. The hood was taped down the middle and one half corrected first, to show the difference side by side.
- The correction. Multi-step machine polishing panel by panel, with trim, glass and edges masked off.
- The protection. A ceramic coating on top to lock in the gloss and make washing easier.

Pair it
Correct it, then protect it
Correction makes paint look new. A ceramic coating keeps it that way longer and makes it easier to wash without putting swirls back in. Paint polishing is included in both ceramic packages: a 1–2 step polish with the $999 Ceramic Coating, and paint polishing with the $1,499 Full Ceramic Package.
Water spots from sprinklers or well water? Light etching can often be polished out too.
Not sure how far your paint will come back? We often polish a small taped-off test spot first, so you can see the result before committing.

FAQ
Common questions
What causes swirl marks?
Mostly washing: brush-style automatic car washes, dirty sponges and towels, and dry-wiping dust off the paint. Each pass leaves fine scratches that show up as swirls in the sun.
Can paint correction remove every scratch?
No. If a scratch is through the clear coat (you can catch a fingernail in it), polishing can make it less visible but can't remove it. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Is paint correction safe for my paint?
Correction removes a very thin layer of clear coat, so it should be done carefully and only as much as needed.
Is paint polishing included with ceramic coating?
Yes, in every ceramic package. The Ceramic Coating package ($999) includes a 1–2 step polish, and the Full Ceramic Package ($1,499) includes paint polishing along with a full interior detail, an engine bay detail and wheels-off coating. Heavily oxidized paint, like the F-150 below, may need more correction first; we'll quote that up front.
How much does paint correction cost?
Correction on its own is quoted per vehicle, because it depends on size, paint hardness and how bad the defects are. Text photos of the paint in direct sun to (941) 929-6771 for a quote. If you're coating the car anyway, polishing is already included in both ceramic packages.
